What is NACA Housing Program?

The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (“NACA”) is a non-profit, community advocacy and home ownership organization. NACA’s primary goal is to build strong, healthy neighborhoods in urban and rural areas nationwide through affordable home ownership. NACA has made the dream of home ownership a reality for thousands of working people by counseling them honestly and effectively, enabling even those with poor credit to purchase a home or refinance a predatory loan with far better terms than those provided even in the prime market.

If you are having trouble with your mortgage, go to and start the process. It doesn’t matter if you’re in foreclosure or not.  You will need to call NACA Program to schedule a meeting with one of their representatives to go to NACA workshop. Collect all required documents such as: mortgage loan payment stub or mortgage statement, last two months bank statements, most recent two pay stubs from your employer, last two years tax returns, and your monthly budget such as utilities, groceries, insurance, gas, and credit cards.

At the NACA Seminars and NACA workshops you will learn how they work and what you will need to do to help yourself through the process. At this NACA workshop you will be scheduled for a face to face meeting with a counselor.
